This dashboard provides an overview of the key metrics and data used by state leaders to assess whether it’s safe for a county to enter a new phase of reopening.
PPE Requestors
All entities, including long term care facilities, should initiate their PPE requests through their local (city/county) Emergency Management Agency (EMA) using the WA Resource Request Form (ICS 213 RR) (PDF). Requests that cannot be filled locally will be elevated by emergency management to the next echelon (City/County/State) for action.
State EOC
This is a data dashboard made by the Northwest Portland Area Indian Health Board, with the help of the Improving Data and Enhancing Access- Northwest (IDEA-NW) team. The dashboard was developed with Oregon and Washington Emergency Department data. This dashboard is meant to help aid in the understanding of COVID-19’s impact on Tribal people across Washington and Oregon. As the data is updated on a weekly basis (usually Monday), the data may change slightly from week-to-week depending on small changes in record keeping.
